Welcome to the 2017 Golden Tree International Documentary festival!

      The 2nd Golden Tree International Documentary Festival will be held in Frankfurt, Germany,from September 6 to 9,2017. Submission for competing films starts from 1st January 2017, ends on 30th June 2017. "Man and Nature" as the theme, aims to unite the eyes of the world, to explore the sources of all the cultures with the camera lens and to spread outstanding documentaries to the world.
       The Golden Tree Festival consists of six sections: exhibition, copyright representation, awards, forums for discussions, announcements of new products and business investment fund. Consisting of well-known experts in the documentary film industry, the Judge will award in total six awards, which are the best long documentary, the best medium-length documentary, the best short documentary, the best mini documentary, the best director, special jury mention. Enjoying the focus of international mainstream media outlets, the Golden Tree Festival is designed to be a great success and global festival.
       Golden Tree International Documentary Festival provides online and offline trading functions, which aims to build an international documentary exchanging and copyright trading platform. The organizing committee will set up a talent pool for filmmakers and video library once upon your registration. We aim to create an outstanding trading opportunity for buyers of the world and to help present excellent documentaries to the world!
